Pricing and payment schedules
Please note that the payment plans include a non-refundable deposit. Any subsequent payments are non-refundable once the deadline date has passed.
Rainbows
£15pp for the day. Full payment is required to confirm the booking.
There is a day visit fee of £5 per adult who attends with their Rainbows.
Rainbows will not get an event t-shirt or neckerchief because they are not attending on a residential basis.
Brownies
Indoors (and tipis)
- Group A: staying 3 nights (Sunday 26 to Wednesday 29 July) - £110pp (includes food).
- Group B: staying 2 nights (Wednesday 29 to Friday 31 July) - £80pp (includes food).
Outdoors (self-catered)
- Group A: staying 3 nights (Sunday 26 to Wednesday 29 July) - £80pp.
- Group B: staying 2 nights (Wednesday 29 to Friday 31 July) - £60pp.
Campsite fees, activities, event t-shirt, event neckerchief, commemorative badge and lanyard are included in the cost.
Payment schedule
The full payment schedule for Brownies will be sent to individual units after booking due to the variety of options available. The dates for the deposit and final balance are in line with the information on the key dates page.
Guides
£150pp (self-catered)
Campsite fees, activities, event t-shirt, event neckerchief, commemorative badge and lanyard are included in the cost.

- Friday 13 February - 2nd payment of £50pp
- Thursday 30 April - balance of £50pp due
Rangers
Subcamp - £200pp (food included)

Leaders
Indoors - £50 (2 nights)/£65 (3 nights) - (food included)
Outdoors (self catering) - £50 (6 nights) — includes site fees, t-shirt, neckerchief and badge.
If leaders are sharing time at the event e.g. Saturday - Tuesday and another Tuesday - Friday, we will only charge the cost of 1 full leader. There shouldn’t be a cross over of days/afternoons for leaders.
Adults (including Trefoil Guild members)
Day visitor - £5pp.
