REN forms

All units attending the event will be required to complete their own REN forms. In doing so, you should select the following options:

Consent and health forms

Unit leaders should manage the consent and health forms of the girls attending.

You will be required to submit an emergency contact sheet to the event team in July 2026.

Girls will also carry an emergency card in their lanyard pouch. Further information about this will be circulated nearer the time.

Home contact

Each unit attending should have their own home contact. Districts and/or divisions may choose to have a group home contact due to the availability of appropriate adults. Usual home contact rules apply. The details of the home contact should be included on your emergency contact sheet.
