Great Patrol Hunt 2019/20 – Round 3 Camp CANCELLED

19/06/20 to 21/06/20

Please note that this event has been cancelled

Round 3 of the Great Patrol Hunt 2019/20 is from Friday 19th to Sunday 21st June 2020 at Wymondley Woods Scout & Guide Centre, Willian Rd, Letchworth Garden City SG6 2UB. The cost per Guide is £25.00.

Participants must be 10 to 16 years and an active member of a Guide Unit. Teams need not be regular weekly Patrols, but they must choose a unique name for themselves in order to enter. Patrols must consist of 4-6 Guides and should not include more than 10 different members throughout the three rounds.

This is an annual guiding competition held in Hertfordshire to find the ‘Greatest Patrol’. The competition spans a year and comprises three rounds. Each round has different challenges and activities that encourage patrols to work together as a team. Marks are awarded for teamwork, presentation, performance, good manners, good deeds and achievement throughout the challenges and the event. On-the-other-hand, rather than compete why not just join in and have a fun activity day with friends?

Closing date for entries is Friday 22nd May 2020.
