Camp CEO – 14-17 Year Olds

06th February 18 by County Office

Camp CEO is an opportunity for girls aged 14-17 to gain direct mentoring from leading business women.

What is it?
Camp CEO is a four-day residential event, where girls will get the opportunity to spend one-to-one time learning from an inspiring female CEO or business leaders. It’s a chance to think about what their goals are and how to reach them, as well as meet other young Girlguiding members, do fun activities and take part in interesting workshops. Girls don’t need to have done anything like this before – they just need to be enthusiastic, ready to work hard and committed to finding out where their future could take them.

We currently have 11 of the 20 mentors signed up including: Hilary Evan from Alzheimer’s, Kathleen Britain from Barclays, Joanna Santinon from EY and Catherine Hicks from Sky.

Camp CEO takes place in Wyboston Lakes, Bedfordshire from Sunday 22 July to Thursday 26 July 2018

There are 20 spaces available for girls aged 14-17. Girls do not have to have any previous experience.

There is no cost to attend this activity; Girlguiding will cover all expenses including transport, food and accommodation.

How to apply:
Girls can apply online from 1 February to 22 March 2018 by clicking here to complete the online application that asks why they want to take part in Camp CEO and how they think this event will benefit them.
